This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Juaaree.com (“Juaaree.com”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of anyone who uses our website at www.juaaree.com and any mobile application(s) we make available for the Android and/or iOS platforms (together, the “App”, referring collectively and individually to the website and any mobile application, whichever You use). This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, which together with this Privacy Policy form our Agreement with You.

 

By accessing and/or using the App, You consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and other processing of Your information as described in this Privacy Policy. As set out in our Terms, You must be at least 18 years old to access and/or use the App. If You do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

 

This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and, to the extent applicable, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

 

A. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Account and identity information – the name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and password You provide when You register, and any changes You make to this information afterwards.

 

2. Purchase information – when You buy Virtual Currency (Chips, Gems) through the Website, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store, a record that the purchase was made and the amount of Virtual Currency credited to Your account. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed and processed entirely by Apple or Google; We do not receive or store Your payment card or billing details for those purchases.

 

3. Transaction information – a record of Your Virtual Currency purchases and in-App wallet activity on Your account, such as Chips or Gems earned, spent, or received as rewards. We do not collect or store Your full card number; purchases made directly through the Website are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, under its own security standards and privacy policy.

 

4. Gameplay information – the games You play, contests You enter, and Your results, used to run the games themselves and to maintain the accuracy of leaderboards, scoring, and wallet balances.

 

5. Social login information – if You choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive Your name, email address, and a unique identifier from that provider so We can create or match Your account. We do not receive Your password for that account.

 

6. Device and usage information – Your IP address, browser or device type, operating system, approximate location derived from Your IP address, and log data such as pages visited and session times.

 

7. Communications – any information You provide when You contact customer support, submit feedback, or otherwise correspond with Us.

B. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:

 

1. create and maintain Your account, and authenticate You when You sign in;

 

2. operate the games, contests, and wallet features of the App, including calculating scores, settling contests, and crediting or debiting Your wallet;

 

3. process Your purchases of Virtual Currency through our payment partners or the applicable app store;

 

4. detect and prevent fraud, collusion, and other abuse, and enforce our Terms;

 

5. respond to Your support requests and communicate with You about Your account, transactions, and security;

 

6. send You service updates and, where You have not opted out, promotional communications about the App; and

 

7. comply with our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities.

 

C. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell Your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

 

1. With payment processors, such as Razorpay, or the Apple App Store / Google Play Store, to process Your purchases of Virtual Currency;

 

2. With Google or Facebook, only where You have chosen to sign in using that provider, to authenticate Your account;

 

3. With service providers who help us operate the App, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support tools, bound by confidentiality obligations and only for the purpose of providing that service to us;

 

4. Where required to comply with a law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from a government or regulatory authority; and

 

5. Where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Juaaree.com, our users, or the public, including to prevent fraud or collusion.

 

D. DATA RETENTION

We retain Your personal information for as long as Your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards as needed to comply with our legal obligations (including retention periods required for financial records under applicable law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of Your account as described in Section G below.

 

E. COOKIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep You signed in, remember Your preferences, and understand how the App is used so We can improve it. Most browsers let You block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect Your ability to stay signed in or use some features of the App.

 

F. SECURITY

1. We use industry-standard measures to protect Your information, including encrypting traffic between Your device and Our servers (HTTPS/TLS), and hashing Your password so that not even Our own staff can read it.

 

2. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While We work to protect Your information, We cannot guarantee its absolute security, and You share information with Us at Your own risk.

G. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

1. You can review and update most of Your account information at any time from Your account settings.

 

2. You may request a copy of the personal information We hold about You, or request that We correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within the time required under applicable law. Some information, such as records We are required to keep for tax or regulatory purposes, cannot be deleted until the applicable retention period has passed.

 

3. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages, or from Your notification settings. We may still send You non-promotional messages related to Your account, transactions, or security.

 

H. CHILDREN

The App is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If We learn that We have done so, We will delete that information and close the associated account. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If We make material changes, We will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where required by law, notify You directly. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

 

K. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with this Privacy Policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
